This polycarbonate domed skylight was situated immediately above an open-plan office environment below. Exposure to bright sunlight all year round and the inevitable build up of heat during the summer months was interfering with productivity. Coolkote, a specialised polycarbonate film designed to reflect heat away at source was applied externally and successfully resolved heat and glare problems.
