Sometimes applying solar window films to roof glazing isn't so easy accessible. This two storey house has a high level glazed area (atrium roof) that suffered from UV light fading and glare issues. The only safe way to access the glazing required a scaffold so that we could easily apply the necessary film to reduce heat, glare and UV fading rays. The film - Dual 22 solar window film has a silvery mirror reflective outward facing finish whilst having a smoked finish on the inner side which helps reduce internal reflection. The finish gives a deeper blue looking sky and with around 70% total solar energy rejection, a great performer.
