A modern development with an easterly facing exterior first floor elevation being glazed from floor to ceiling. The aspect was resulting in excessive sunlight in the morning, causing glare problems for the computer screens. Neutral 30 was applied to provide an even balance of light that allowed for changing light levels later in the day. A darker film would have detracted from the integrity of the architectural design.
