You dont need to fit very dark or reflective solar window films to get protection from the sun's energy. Our customer in Plymouth asked if we could fit a film that ticked all boxes without losing too much light. A bit of heat rejection, some glare reduction and UV rejection (98%+) to help protect the new carpet. Well, in this situation you have to compromise and bearing in mind the UK weather for two thirds of the year is not the best, a lighter film was decided on. The glare issue really wasn't high on the list of requirements, so our Natural 50 was chosen. In the close up photo the left hand pane has been filmed, and as you can see there is little difference between an untreated pane. The colour of the wood outside is darker
